Ingredients


Makes: 30 petites
  • 1 C (250 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) coconut oil, melted
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) honey, melted
  • 1/2 tsp (1,25 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) goji berries or sundried cranberries
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) crushed pistachios, optional
  • Cocoa Crunch Whole Food Sprinkle, for garnish

Preparation


 
  • Combine first four ingredients.
  • Stir in goji berries and pistachios, if desired. Divide by teaspoonful into a Perfect Petites . Top generously with whole food sprinkle.
  • Place in freezer for 10 minutes until solid.
  • Flip mold onto a Sheet Pan and twist to pop out chocolates.
