Ingredients


Makes: 1 servings
  • 1 1/4 C (310 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 tsp (7,5 ml) Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix, or any sweet dip, your choice
  • 1 C (250 ml) mixed berries
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) mixed nuts or seeds, unsalted

Preparation


 
  • Mix together yogurt and dip mix.
  • Alternately layer with berries and nuts in tall glasses and serve.

Tip


 

Tip: Replace some or all of the mixed berries with prepared Chia Jam.
Make it vegan: Substitute almond or coconut Greek-style yogurt in place of Greek yogurt.
