  • 3 crisp apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar, optional
  • 1 C (250 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt

Preparation


 
  • Combine sliced apples, Apple Pie Spice, and sugar in a Rectangular Steamer. Cover and cook in microwave for 3–5 minutes on high. Apples should be tender, but not mushy. Top with Greek yogurt.
