Makes: 4 servings
  • 2 large yams
  • 2-3 Tbsp (30 à 45)
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) butter

Preparation


 
  • Microwave yams until tender. Cut in half crosswise.
  • Carefully scoop out insides, leaving a ¼” (0.5 cm) thick shell
  • Mash yam with Seasoning for Cheese, Chive & Bacon Dip and butter, then spoon back into shells.
  • Place on Sheet Pan. Broil for 3–5 minutes. Serve warm.
