Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 small red onion, sliced
  • 2 English cucumber, sliced or cubed
  • 2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, cut in wedges
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Greek or black olives
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) low-fat feta cheese
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Greek Dressing, prepared

Preparation


 
  • Combine first six ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss to coat with prepared dressing. Serve immediately.

Tip


 

Recipe Tip: Pour dressing in the bottom of a salad bowl. Add prepared salad. Cover with a damp cloth and refrigerate up to 3 hours. Toss just before serving.
