Ingredients
3
eggs, separated
2 tsp
vanilla extract
3 tbsp
strong, cold coffee
12 cup
chocolate – your choice, melted
1 tbsp
sugar
1 cup
whipping cream, whipped to soft peaks

Preparation
  1. Whisk egg yolks with vanilla extract and coffee. Stir into warm chocolate and set aside.
  2. Create meringue by beating egg whites with sugar until soft peaks form.
  3. Using a Corner Spatula, quickly fold whipped cream into chocolate mixture.
  4. Incorporate meringue into chocolate mixture. Pour into individual serving glasses or a large dessert bowl. Chill for 3 hours before serving.
Tips

For a delicious and decorative touch, drizzle the inside of dessert glasses (or bowl) with melted dark chocolate.

Before serving, top each with a single coffee bean.
