A delicious way to shake you awake in the morning—ready in minutes and portable!


Ingredients
1 12 cups
mixed berries
34 cup
2% cottage cheese
12 cup
milk or dairy-free alternative
12 cup
mixed greens
1 tsp, or any Sweet Dip Mix, your choice
1 tsp
vanilla extract, optional

Preparation
  1. In a blender, purée all ingredients until smooth and frothy. 
  2. Pour into glass and serve immediately.
Tips

Low-fat cottage cheese adds lean protein, which keeps you feeling full longer. 

Make it Dairy Free: Replace cottage cheese with 1 serving of Power Up Vanilla Protein Blend and 1–1 12 cups of water.

Perfectly Balance Your Plate

Serve with 1 slice toast and 1 tsp nut butter.
