Preparation


 
  • Combine glaze and oil in a re-sealable bag, or in a bowl. Add steak and coat well. Let marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  • Preheat grill, and cook flank steak over medium-low heat for 5–7 minutes, turn over, and cook another 5–7 minutes, until cooked to desired doneness. Let rest for 10 minutes, and then slice thinly against the grain, at an angle. Serve with the Le Taj Secret Sauce on the side.
