Combine Oh Canada Dry Glaze and oil in a re-sealable bag or bowl, add steak and coat well. Marinate in fridge for at least 15 minutes.
Lightly oil grill using Basting Brush. If using flank steak, grill over medium high heat for 2–3 minutes each side. If using rib-eye, grill over medium heat for 5–7 minutes each side. Let rest for 10 minutes, and then slice thinly against the grain, diagonally at an angle. Finish any glazed dish with your favourite Epicure Secret Sauce.
