Ingredients


Makes: 3 cups (750 ml) for 12 servings
  • 3 C (750 ml) mixed unsalted nuts, such as whole almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and pecans
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Mango Curry Dip Mix
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 325? F (160? C).
  • Line Sheet Pan with Bake & Roll.
  • In a large bowl, toss nuts with oil, Mango Curry Dip Mix, and sugar until evenly mixed. Spread out on mat.
  • Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted and aromatic, 12–15 minutes.
  • Cool, then turn into a bowl and stir in cranberries. Store mix in an air-tight container at room temperature up to 5 days.
